<description>I heard Thou Shalt Always Kill a few weeks ago on Jonesy's jukebox jury on Indie 103. I was absolutely SHOCKED that NOT ONE SUPPOSEDLY KNOWLEDGABLE PERSON ON THE PANEL recognized this song as the blatant rip-off of James Murphy/LCD Soundsystem's brilliant single Losing My Edge (the single that launched LCD. Murphy has since followed up with 2 amazing albums) that it is. No one even mentioned LCD at all, which to me was borderline inconceivable.

Check out LCD and judge for yourself:

In my opinion, the beat is much cooler, the lyrics are far more clever, and it was Murphy's idea in the first place, 5 FUCKING YEARS AGO. This isn't quite copyright infringement territory or anything, but I hope this dude is name-dropping Murphy as an influence every chance he gets. I suppose its possible that he never heard Losing My Edge but I'd have trouble believing that.
